Introduction to the Company
Zhengzhou Shengtian Fused Cast Refractory Co., Ltd.occupies an area of 75,000m2 in Xinmi Industrial Development Zone. Equipped with a R&D center, the company now has over 200 employees, including 20 technical managements and 6 employees with senior titles. With design annual productivity of 18,000 tons, the company mainly provides 33#, 36# and 41# zirconia-corundum refractory bricks by oxidation, M and H fused cast alumina products, as well as amorphous refractory such as zircon and zirconia-corundum ramming masses, castables and cement gums. Products are mainly for glass furnaces.
The company possesses over 860 sets production equipment, including three 5t electric arc furnaces and special transformers with high power and constant capacity in full range, metal assembly steel platform of 3,000m2 and a number of advanced accurate grinding, cutting and drilling equipment. High-quality processing of brick materials is possible according to user requirements, and the company is also equipped with some product quality monitoring systems, for example, the physical and chemical inspection and testing center.
In 2006, the company was chosen as advanced unit of product standard application by Zhengzhou Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision in 2006. The company was certified by ISO9002 quality system on Sept. 5, 2001, chosen as National Industrial Quality Model and Service and Integrity Model by China Association for Quality Inspection on Apr. 25, 2008 and AAA-class Enterprise for Quality, Service and Reputation by China Market Research Center in October 2009.
